PLANT NATURE:

It is native to tropical and subtropical regions and can be found in Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Kuppaimeni is an annual herb with long, ovate leaves and greenish white flowers. The root of the plant has a strong and favorable effect on domestic cats, similar to catnip.

Kuppaimeni, also known as Indian nettle or Indian acalypha, is a wild plant that grows best during the rainy season.

PLANT TYPE:

Kuppaimeni is a small herbal plant that is commonly grown in the southern regions of India. It is known for its nutritional and medicinal values, and has been used by Indians for thousands of years. it grows to a height of 1–2 meters during the summer. Leaves are Almost round to triangular, with a mosaic-like arrangement when viewed from above. It has many medicinal uses, including treating acne, blemishes, and skin irritation. Kuppaimeni is a kind of herb. This plant is a member of the Euphorbiaceae family and the genus A. indica.

Kuppaimeni has many traditional health benefits, including: Antibacterial and antifungal properties, Anti-inflammatory effects, Detoxification, Respiratory health and Digestive aid, Nutritious and enriched with bioactive compounds. The plant has been traditionally used in the treatment of skin infections, wounds, and cuts. It reduces inflammation and swelling, hence helpful in treating various conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. This is used to clean the body since it eliminating toxins. This detoxification enhances the general health, improving the skin's normal glow. It gives proper assistance in clearing the mucus out of the respiratory pathways and thus reduces congestion, t is used against indigestion, constipation and bloating due to its natural laxative effects, promoting regular bowel movements and hence avoids gastrointestinal disorders. A Mix of kuppaimeni powder with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil to create a nourishing hair mask. Kuppaimeni leaf powder is used to remove unwanted facial hair. A Mix of 1–2 teaspoons of kuppaimeni powder with warm water or honey and consume it once a day is good for free breathing.
